International Congress of Arts
Limits and frontiers in the contemporary art scene

Art is a never stopping moving arrow. It’s impossible to imagine art as calm water in a pond; it is rather a changing sea, always beginning, dynamic and cathartic of its time.

Which ones are its limits and frontiers today? This question generates the International Congress of Arts “Limits and frontiers in the contemporary art scene”

The School of Arts, Design and Cultural Sciences of UNNE, member institution of the Argentinian Universities Network of Arts (RAUDA) and World Universities Network of Arts organize the First International Congress of Arts in order to create an academic space of interchange and discussion between teachers, researchers, artists, students and cultural managers, adding to the Biennial an academic and scientist dimension.

The main objective of this First Congress is to visualize and promote national scientific productions as well as international ones, creating a huge academic impact within the arts in the region and in neighboring countries.

Individual and collective presentations, symposiums, exhibitions of newly art productions and new technologies by students and Fine Arts graduated.

Besides it, there will be workshops, lectures and intensive seminaries with participation of national and international specialists.
